2. Service
Deodes provides a decentralized interface for ROSCAs using Arc smart contracts on Arc. We do not hold, custody, or control user funds.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and not a resident of any comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your wallet security, private keys, contributions, and transactions.
5. No Financial Advice
Deodes is a software tool. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
6. Smart Contract Risk
Smart contracts are experimental. By using the Platform you accept these risks.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deodes is not liable for damages including loss of funds.
8. Governing Law
Switzerland. Disputes resolved in Zug.
